God Is Love Lyrics

Well I'm a east coast walkin'
travelin', a talkin'
With a priority message today
Don't let your blind faith
Leave ya'
Tomorrow may need ya'
Just come on won't ya'
Sing it with me
Chorus
Oh, can you feel the power
Within your soul
Ya' got it
Got it, got
Can ya' feel the power, yeah
Can you feel the power
Within your soul
Chorus
Love is God

God is love
Love is God
God is Love
Well I'm a east coast, west coast
It don't matter to me
We've been to both sides
And everything in between
Oklahoma City born
With many places to go
We got a lotta' things to say
So many seeds to sow
Chorus
Come on and say I
Say I know
Say I know
We can work it out
Say we
Say we know
Say we know
You can work it out
Our love is starin'a revolution
My love is startin' a revolution
Your love is startin' a revolution
Out love is startin' a revolution
Our love is startin' a revolution
Our love is startin' a revolution
Ah you got, got
To live
Our love is startin' a revolution
Your love is startin' a revolution
Out love is startin' a revolution
Our love is startin' a revolution
Got it
Can you feel the power now
Can you feel the power
Within your soul
Love is God
God is love
Love is God
God is love
Chorus

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Tim Jones (AKA StepTwin) is a pastor at New Life Christian Church in Northern Virginia. His sermons are the opposite of what you think sermons are. While Tim is an extremely intelligent person (knowing Hebrew has to count for something) he doesn't behave like it -- we like to think that's his intent but the jury is still out. Tim is certainly more of a comedian than a pastor but that doesn't water down his focus on His Saviour.

In the early years, comedy for Tim was falling out of chairs in math class or drawing goofy likenesses of various study hall teachers in the blue-collar steel town of Latrobe, PA. Eventually, Tim crawled down out of the trees, learned to make fire, and evolved into a bona fide funny guy. His early career was spent as a church teen counselor and as a history teacher, two professions crying out for comedy. His first professional gig was at a hoedown in Pittsburgh, a city renowned for it's hoedowns. Armed only with a guitar and a twisted sense of humor, Tim first began to create comedy songs in his work in summer youth camps.

From there things really took off. (The use of the phrase "really took off" is not intended to imply financial success, but lots of gigs. Low-paying gigs. Like in church basements and small birthday parties) With Tim's uncanny business savvy and his moving to the comedy mecca of Louisville, KY, he managed to keep himself quagmired in obscurity for years.
