God (feat. Rebecca St. James) Lyrics

He made the night, He made the day
Spread the earth upon the waters
Made the heavens and the rain
Look at the sky, see His design
The very same Creator is the one who gave us lifeAnd what is man that He's mindful of us
We're merely clay in His hands
And what am I that He loves me so much
He would dieAll that I can say is,
It's God, truly God
Can you see, can you hear
Can you touch, can you feel
It's God, truly God
I can't explain any other way
'Cause it's GodInside us all there is a void
All mankind is searching
For the one who fills the soul
In Him there's hope, in Him there's life
The Lord Christ the Saviour

Is right before your eyesAnd what is man that He takes us in
As His children, to be His own
And what are we that He wants to be our Father?
All that I can say isIt's God, truly God
Can you see, can you hear
Can you touch, can you feel
It's God, truly GodI can't explain any other way
'Cause it's God, truly God
Can you see, can you hear
Can you touch, can you feelIt's God, truly God
I can't explain any other way
'Cause it's GodLord I praise You for Your endless love
Your boundless grace extended to meGod, truly God
I can't explain any other way'Cause it's God, truly God
Can you see, can you hear
Can you touch, can you feel
It's God, truly GodI can't explain any other way
'Cause it's God, truly God
It's God, truly God
It's God, truly GodI can't explain any other way
'Cause it's God

KJ-52 (Jonah Sorrentino) is a Christian rapper from Tampa, in Florida. He was born on June 26, 1975. He's known for two songs addressed to another rapper, Eminem. The name stems from "KJ," which was an abbreviation of his old rap name (King J. Mac) and according to KJ, also stands for "knowledge and justification. "52" (pronounced "five-two") represents the miracle of the five loaves and two fish as told in the Bible. KJ-52 feels he is spreading the word of the Lord in much the same way Jesus shared the food in the story.
He was awarded the Rap/Hip Hop Recorded Song of the Year for "Never Look Away" and Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year at the GMA Dove Awards of 2007. KJ-52 also has four Dove awards to add to his 'collection.'
KJ-52's song "You're Gonna Make it" was played at the end of Cold Case Season 5 Episode 8 "It Takes a village." He rapped in the Newsboys version of Jesus Freak alongside, and had a part in TobyMac's remix of One World.
He has been rapping since 1993 (age 18), and his current label is BEC.
