Members: Georgia Nott, Abbey Phillips, Holly Tippler, Caleb Nott, Clark Hinton, Joseph Corban-Banks, Chris Phillips The Peasants are an Alt-Pop group based in Nelson. The band gained acclaim and Kiwi music success as winners of the 2011 National Smokefreerockquest. Formerly known as the 2010 second place-getters Peasants of Eden, The Peasants offer a dynamic on stage performance displaying their youthful energy while performing a tight and mature sound true to their sense of musicality.
