Good As It Gets Lyrics

Ain't got style like a magazine - no my shoes don't shine
Ain't got pride like a beauty queen - can't even walk a straight line
Somebody said that the best things in life are on the inside
Say my name, all my love's in vain, in the welfare lineNobody told me there'd be days like these
There's gotta be somethin' more than misery
It's the salt that stingsAs good as it gets, I want the sunshine
Good as it gets, champagne all the time
Good as it gets, I'll live on wine and roses, hold me closer
Until I break a sweat, it ain't as good as it getsI'm workin' on dreams, call 'em "Jelly Beans"
They make me laugh out loud
When the crowd screams - it is good indeed
And makes my mama proud
Somebody said "the best things in life, get 'em while you can"
Say my name I think it is gonna rain - I got to find my manNobody told me where the sun's gonna shine
Heaven is only for the good inside - right before I dieAs good as it gets, I want the sunshine
Good as it gets, champagne all the time
Good as it gets, I'll live on wine and roses, hold me closer
Until I break a sweat, it ain't as good as it gets

(Somebody say)I wanna break out - wanna break out - won't you let me in
I wanna make out - wanna make out - fill my cup again
I wanna break out - wanna break out - won't you let me in
I wanna make out - wanna make out - fill my cup again
To the fucking rimAs good as it gets, I want the sunshine
Good as it gets, champagne all the time
Good as it gets, I want the sunshine
Good as it gets, champagne all the timeI'll live on wine and roses, hold me closer
And if don't break a sweat, it ain't as good as it getsAs good as it gets
As good as it gets (somebody say)
As good as it gets...If don't break a sweat, it ain't as good as it gets
