Good Friends Are Hard To Find Lyrics

I wish you all the more success
More than I could ever have
I wish the most happiness
Good friends are hard to findDon't make the mistakes I've made
And if you do, don't be afraid
The greatest lie that there is
Is to believe what they all saySocial loners and deadbeat hacks
I open my arms for you
Cynical romantics want their money back
And you know much more than I ever knew
Even though I pretended toChurch goers wait for the bells to chime
And I'm in a non-defeatist state of mind
I know you're shy in the limelight
God knows you've done it beforeAll the girls who dig all your mental scars
And the boys who pat you on the back
You and I will take a different path
But I'll still be cheering you onAnd you know much more than I ever knew
Even though I pretended toI wish you all the more success

More than I could ever have
I wish the most happiness
Good friends are hard to find
Good friends are hard to find
