Good Love Child Lyrics

Get up, get up, get up, child
Get off your knees
Take it, take it, take it, I'm easy
We're here to pleasePut your hands in the air
Put your feet on the ground
Put your mind in a dream
'Cause there's nothing we ain't seenGood love child
You know what I mean
Good love child
You've got to keep it clean
Good love child
Gonna steal the sceneMake love, make love, make love, child
And make it mean
Take love, take love, take love, child
And keep it cleanPut your hands in the air
Put your feet on the ground
Put your mind in a dream
'Cause there's nothing we ain't seenGood love child

You know what I mean
Good love child
You've got to keep it clean
Good love child
Gonna steal the sceneGood love child
Good love child
Good love childWake up, wake up, wake up, child
And look at me
Take love, take love, take love, child
And keep it cleanPut your hands in the air
Put your feet on the ground
Put your mind in a dream
'Cause there's nothing we ain't seenGood love child
You know what I mean
Good love child
You've got to keep it clean
Good love child
Gonna steal the sceneGood love child
Good love child
Good love childGet up, get up, get up, child
Get off your knees
Take it, take it, take it, I'm easy
It's here to squeezePut your hands in the air
Put your feet on the ground
Put your mind in a dream
'Cause there's nothing we ain't seenGood love child
You know what I mean
Good love child
You've got to keep it clean
Good love child
Gonna steal the scene

Barclay James Harvest are an English progressive rock band. They were founded in Saddleworth, Yorkshire, United Kingdom, in September 1966 by John Lees, Les Holroyd, Stuart "Woolly" Wolstenholme (1947–2010), and Mel Pritchard (1948–2004). They are best-known for their first four albums released in quick succession from 1970-1972. The Barclay James Harvest story begins in the early sixties in the Oldham area of North-West England. John Lees and Stuart “Woolly” Wolstenholme met at Oldham Art School, and formed a band called The Sorcerers, which evolved into The Keepers.
