Headspin Lyrics

All I want to say is you're the satellite in my life
So you don't have to lie and you don't have to cry anymore
Then I hear you say, let's live for the moment this time
Why don't you just make up your mind?
You make my headspin, you make my headspin
Why? Why do you?
You make my headspin, you make my headspin
Why? Why?
You love to build me up just to tear me down, oh, but why?
Wouldn't it be nice if we found paradise someday
Then I hear you say, let's live for the moment this time
Why don't you just make up your goddamn mind?
You make my headspin, you make my headspin
Why? Why do you?
You make my headspin, you make my headspin
Why? Why?
Did I hear you say, you want to be alone?
Was this a mistake? How would we have known?

I can hear you scream at me, scream at me
I'm not perfect, I'm not perfect, no
You make my headspin, you make my headspin
Why? Why do you?
You make my headspin, you make my headspin, no
Did I ever mean something, you make my headspin
Did I ever mean something, you make my headspin to you?
Why? Why do you?

Formed in 2003 and previously known as 'And Then I Turned Seven', 'Jamestown Story' were a five piece acoustic, indie-rock band from Duluth, Minnesota. They had three releases together before 2008, by which time, each member had left the band to pursue other areas. The music lived on however, in the form of a solo acoustic project by frontman Dane Schmidt. Eventually, Dane was joined by Brandyn Anderson and that's how the line up has been since 2009.

Since the forming of Jamestown Story, the band has traveled to over 35 states, multiple countries and since 2011, has 10 releases under their belts,
