Here In My Lonely Room Lyrics

Here in my lonely room I cried my heart out over you
Can't see to put myself together (now) now that we are through
Each time I look at your picture I begin to pine
All because it reminds me you're no longer mine
Here in my lonely room I almost drive myself insane
Watching the tears like raindrop splash against my window vain
Theres only one thing I knob that would take away this gloom
And that would be to see you standing here in my lonely room
"Deep sexy talk"
[Here in my lonely room honey child you got me cry over you
but someday I'll be on top and you be somebody's fool]
There's only one thing I knob that would take away this gloom
And that would be to see you standing here in my lonely room

(1934-1954) The Ink Spots were a vocal group in the 1930s and 1940s that helped define the musical genre that led to rhythm and blues and rock and roll, and the subgenre doo-wop. They gained much acceptance in both the white community and black community largely due to the ballad style introduced to the group by lead singer Bill Kenny. They were inducted into the Rock & Roll hall of fame in 1999.
