Hey Baby Lyrics

Hey baby, tell me why you're hangin' 'round
Ain't got time for kissin' I'm too busy messin' in this town
All you pretty women, you're so far and in between
I don't need no fancy types I need the ones that's clean
Hey baby, jump into the back of my Ford
I'm gonna give you a ride baby, you never could afford
Hey baby
Hey baby
So
Follow me down to my house baby, I'll show you the real love game.
Yes I will
Hey baby, jump into the back of my car
I'm gonna hug and kiss you baby, I'm gonna steal your heart
All you pretty women, you're so far and in between
I don't need no fancy types I need the ones that's clean
Hey baby, I don't want you hangin' 'round
I ain't got time for kissin' I'm too busy steppin' in this town
Hey baby

Hey baby
So
Follow me down to my house baby, I'll show you the real love game.
You know what I'm talkin about baby
Here we go
Hey baby, tell me why you're hangin' 'round
Ain't got time for anything steady, I'm too busy runnin' 'round
All you pretty women, you're so far and in between
I don't need no fancy types I need the ones that's clean
Hey baby, jump into the back of my car
I'm gonna give you love babe that's gonna steal your heart
Hey baby
ooooooooh
Hey baby
I wantcha to
Follow me down to my house baby
I'll show you the real love game.
Love game
Love game

Theodore Anthony "Ted" Nugent (born December 13, 1948) (aka "The Nuge", "Motor City Madman", "Uncle Ted" or just plain Ted) is a guitarist from Detroit, Michigan.

He originally gained fame as a guitarist for the The Amboy Dukes, a psychedelic rock band from the late 60's best known for their hit "Journey to the Center of Your Mind". In the 70's he went solo and had a string of hits including "Stranglehold", "Free For All", "Dog Eat Dog", "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang" and perhaps his best known song "Cat Scratch Fever".

In the 80's he even tried his hand at acting in a haunting episode of television's "Miami Vice". In 1989, he joined Tommy Shaw of Styx, Jack Blades of Night Ranger, and Michael Cartellone to form Damn Yankees, which produced 1990's chart toppers "Come Again" for Billboard's #1 and rock ballad "High Enough", backed by a string section in the studio and a popular video, reaching #3 on U.S. Hot 100, and #2 on AOR charts. More recently he has gained fame (and notoriety) for his support of hunting and his conservative political views. He is an important member of the NRA (National Rifle Association). He's written four books and released multiple studio albums.

Besides a regular reality type show on cable showcasing Ted's outdoorsman skills, his most recent foray in music was a reality television show SuperGroup that resulted in a band called Damnocracy. The band's other members were Sebastian Bach (formerly of Skid Row), Scott Ian (Anthrax) Jason Bonham ("Bonham", son of Zeppelin's John Bonham) and Evan Seinfeld (Biohazard).

Ted's latest album is titled Love Grenade and was released in 2008.
