Hey Hey Hey Lyrics

Lately I've been livin'
Feelin' unforgiven
Feels like I've been gettin'
Anythin' and everythin' wrongWell, I've always had my trouble
Lately, it's been double
Somethin' busts my bubble
Keeps me barely floatin' alongBut those days are behind me
You ain't gonna find me
Sittin' 'round, countin' raindropsHey, hey, hey
The sun is shining on my face
And everythin' will be okay
It's a fact, yeah, I made it back
And this time I'm here to stayHey, hey, heyNow the clouds have parted
Let's get the party started
Call up the broken hearted
Tell 'em that I'm back in town
I'm buyin' the whole place aroundBad days behind me
My baby beside me

I feel my luck starting to changeHey, hey, hey
The sun is shining on my face
And everythin' will be okay
It's a fact, yeah, I made it back
And this time I'm here to stayHey, hey, hey
The sun is shining on my faceBad days behind me
My baby beside me
I feel my luck starting to changeHey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey, yeahHey, hey, hey
The sun is shining on my face
And everythin' will be okay
It's a fact, yeah, I made it back
And this time I'm here to stayHey, hey, hey
The sun is shining on my face
And everythin' will be okay
It's a fact, yeah, I made it back
And this time I'm here to stayHey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, heyHey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey, yeah
Hey, hey, hey

Uncle Kracker (born Matthew Shafer 9 November 1974 in Mount Clemens, Michigan) is an American rock and roll and country music musician.

He started out his career at a young age as a fledgling rapper. He met Kid Rock in 1987, and Rock asked Kracker to become his DJ. Kracker did not know how to work the turntables, but he soon learned how to, and he became a long-term friend and colleague of Rock.

Kracker worked with Kid Rock until he became a solo artist in 2000.

The My Hometown Songfacts reports that Kracker recorded Postcards From Home over seven weeks in early 2011. The album title was inspired by his hectic life on the road after his successful Happy Hour longplayer.
