Hold Back Your Love Lyrics

These long nights as winter comes down
There's fog at the door, you're not around
There's silence, ooh, day after day
The thought of it all slipping awayAll my wildest dreams, if they had come true
I'd give them all to you
Ooh, now the darkest nights gather at my side
I'm still confusedSo I said is it always the same, can you tell from the start?
Is there always this pain when you're breaking apart?
She said, can you hold back your love till you're certain it's right
Can you hold back your love for that one special night?
Hold back your love
Hold back your loveThese long nights, as winter comes down
There's fog at the door, you're not around
There's silence, ooh, day after day
The thought of it all, slipping awayIs it always the same, can you tell from the start?
Is there always this pain when you're breaking apart?
She said, can you hold back your love, till you're certain it's right
Can you hold back your love for that one special night?

Hold back your love (hold back your love)
Hold back your love (baby, baby, don't rush me)
Hold back your love (listen to me)
(You know I've told you once before) hold back your love (ooh)
