Holding On Lyrics

Sometimes I feel like giving up.
Moving onto other stuff,
Pack up all my songs with my guitar
And start making things that are real.
Making things that I can feel
Further than the threats that won’t work.
Why am I holding on, to say goodbye?
Why am I holding on, just to say goodbye?
Sometimes I feel like holding on,
To every word of every song!
People who are holding on to the guise that it’s my life.
I keep making things, that are real!
Making things, that I can feel
Further than the threats that won’t work
Why am I holding on, to say goodbye?
Why are we holding on, to say goodbye?
Why are we holding on, just to say goodbye?

Now why are we holding on, just to say goodbye?
And why are we holding on, just to say goodbye?
Why are we holding on, just to say goodbye?
