There are, at least, four artists with the name Spearhead:
1) A '90s hip-hop project, of US singer-songwriter Michael Franti.
2) A UK metal band.
3) A UK RAC band.
4) A Toronto, Canada punk band. 1) Synonymous with Michael Franti (also see Michael Franti & Spearhead). His earlier projects include The Beatnigs & The Disposable Heroes Of Hiphoprisy, which had more of an experimental/industrial sound.
