Homemade Love Lyrics

(Feat. Vince Gill)It used to feel like you and me against the world
Two pilgrims on an angry sea
I found solace in you
You found it in me
YeahQuit listening to the talking faces
'Cause there is nothing they could say
They can't break down the walls
This sweet love has made
Sweet love has made'Cause homemade love
Is a sleepy kiss at the top of the mornin'
Homemade love
Is "I love you" all through the day
Mornin', noon and nighttime
Finds me dreamin'
It's you and me alone
This homemade loveIn our day to day livin'
You've got your worries,
I've got mine

But through these trials and troubles
We'll be just fine
Oh something tells me we're fine'Cause homemade love
Is a sleepy kiss at the top of the mornin'
Homemade love
Is "I love you" all through the day
Mornin', noon and nighttime
Finds me dreamin'
It's you and me alone
This homemade loveHomemade love
Like my Mom and Daddy taught me
Homemade love
But I never thought it would be
Homemade love
It's what I've always wanted
But it's surprising to seeHomemade love
Is a sleepy kiss at the top of the mornin'
Homemade love
Is "I love you" all through the day
Mornin', noon and nighttime
Finds me dreamin'
It's you and me alone
This homemade loveThis homemade love
Oh, oh
Homemade love
Homemade love
