Homeward bound Lyrics

WhitehouseHomeward boundI knew the moment that she walked in
She would blow my mind away
I could leave or I could die I knew it well
So I decided I would stayShe caught my glance within an instance
I never thought itd be so soon
And when she placed herself at the bar
Well I swear, my brains just left the roomStep right up, sit right down
Dont let your head
Spin round and round.
Loosen up, dont you frown
Take it easy baby
Were homeward boundNow some would say that I am just crazy
But they werent there, how could they tell
And when she smiled over I knew right there so well
All my senses went to hellNow some may say that I am a little loco
But I knew just what to do
And I could talk until youre pink in the face
But I know I never would get throughI stumbled over wondering what to say

Trying not to give myself away
But its so hard just to be natural
When your minds been blown awayStep right up what?
sit right down
And dont let your head
Spin round and round.
Loosen up, dont you frown
Dont you worry baby
Were homeward bound
Step right up she saidI knew the moment that she walked in
She would blow my mind away
I could leave or I could die I knew it well
So I decided I would stayI stumbled over wondering what to say
Trying not to give myself away
But its so hard just to be natural
When your minds been blown awayAnd she said step right up yeah
Sit right down
Dont you worry baby
Youre on solid ground
Loosen up yeah, do not frown
Take easy honey
Its gold youve found
Step right up she said
Sit right down
Dont you worry baby
Youre spinning round and round
Loosen up yeah dont you frown
Dont you worry baby
Were homeward bound

Whitehouse is an English power electronics band formed in 1980. They are known for their controversial lyrics and images (which are often interpreted as misogynistic, sexually deviant, and extremely violent). The band's members have been the subject of censorship in the past. Their name is in mock tribute to the British moral campaigner Mary Whitehouse; it is also a reference to a British pornographic magazine of the same name.
