Hope for the Future Lyrics

On my mind, oh
Oh yeahI'm out for the weekend
Da do do daaa
With nothing to do
Da do do daaa
I'm missing the good times
What about you? Yeah
Oh yeah, oh yeahNow we could be lovers
Da do do daaa
Now we could be friends
Da do do daaa
Now we could do anything
We can pretend, yeahOnce upon a time
Don't you know that I was wrong and you were rightSomething's coming over me
Changed my mind, now I can see
You're my hope for the future
Girl you know we've come so far
Don't let go and break my heart

You're my hope for the futureBack there in high school
Da do do daaa
Foolish and free
Da do do daaa
I never realized
How sweet it could be, yeah
Doo dooOnce upon a time
Don't you know that I was wrong and you were rightSomething's coming over me
Changed my mind, now I can see
You're my hope for the future
Girl you know we've come so far
Don't let go and break my heart
You're my hope for the futureSomething's coming over me
Changed my mind, now I can see
You're my hope for the future
Girl you know we've come so far
Don't let go and break my heart
You're my hope for the futureSomething's coming over me
Changed my mind, now I can see
You're my hope for the future
Girl you know we've come so far
Don't let go and break my heart
You're my hope for the futureSomething's coming over me
Changed my mind, now I can see
You're my hope for the future
Girl you know we've come so far
Don't let go and break my heart
You're my hope for the futureSomething's coming over me
Changed my mind, now I can see
You're my hope for the future
Girl you know we've come so far
Don't let go and break my heart
You're my hope for the futureHope for the future
Oh yeah, yeah
You're the one for me

S Club 7 were a pop group who emerged in 1999 and lasted into the early part of this decade. The group had 7 main singers/dancers Rachel Stevens, Paul Cattermole, Jo O'Meara, Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, and Hannah Spearritt.

S Club 7 became very popular in the UK and America with their show, Miami 7, which changed name to L.A. 7 in a later season. Accompanying the show were TV length movies. S Club 7 reached a high level of fame with such hit singles such as: Bring It All Back, Never Had A Dream Come True, Don't Stop Movin and Have You Ever.

The group changed their name to S Club. The name was changed due to the loss of Paul, who left to pursue other endeavours. They eventually split in 2003 amid rumours of drug and alcohol problems for members and internal struggles between the cast members. Rachel Stevens is the only member who has gone on to find any significant solo success.

S Club Juniors (also known as S Club 8) were a less successful spin-off group, who were made up of teenagers and pre-teens.

In late 2008, three of the original S Club 7 members - Jo O'Meara , Bradley Mcintosh and Paul Cattermole - announced the formation of S Club 3. They toured universities and other smaller venues from October 2008 to August 2009, singing previous S Club hits. As of now there are no plans to record new material.

However, rumours suggest all S Club 7 members may be reuniting for a reunion tour soon.
