House On Fire Lyrics

Drop me off at my car
I know I'm drunk but it ain't that far
Promise that I'll get home safe
(Can't be talked better it's too late)?
And the people will forgive it tommorow
But I know that you still feel hollow...
It's dangerous to love each other with the house on fire
But I know that we can put up the fire if we try it tonight
(x2)
Ending up is harder these days
And I feel so strange in this place
'Cause the mirror on my head feels better when you're not upset
And I won't change your notes for truth
But there ain't much you can do...
It's dangerous to love each other with the house on fire,

But I know that we can put up the fire if we try it tonight
(x2)
(Tempo changes here)
Standing in the morning
Standing in the eve'
And I can't believe
That you're staying with me
(x2)
It's dangerous to love each other with the house on fire,
But I know that we can put up the fire if we try it tonight
(x2)
If we try it tonight... (x4)
Enjoy! I might have misheard a few words. Feel free to correct.
