How Can I Be Sure of You Lyrics

The other day a friend of mine said
He said, the sun's not really yellow
He said, the sun is really redI said, my friend, what do you mean?
You read that in some magazine?
Next thing you'll say the earth's not greenHow can I be sure of you?
When you know the world's always changing
Rearranging, always changing, changingI said, my friend, how do you do
And what you're saying isn't true
The next thing you'll say the earth is blueHe said, my friend, you're in a dream
And things are never what they seem
Oh, things are never what they seemHow can I be sure anymore?
When the world's always changing
Rearranging, changing

Harry Edward Nilsson III (born June 15, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York - died January 15, 1994), sometimes credited simply as Nilsson, was an American singer-songwriter with a three octave vocal range. He won Grammy Awards for Best Contemporary Male Vocal Performance for "Everybody's Talkin'" (1970) and "Without You" (1973), also his two biggest hits. Although both the aforementioned songs were composed by others, he was a talented songwriter in his own right, having written "One", a hit single for Three Dog Night.
