Humbled Lyrics

1, 2, 3Are you in a place
Where you think the whole world's got it wrong apart from you?
Play like you're the chosen one
I've been that poster child a time or two
It's not like I woke up one morning
Decided I would just goGet humbled by the fall
Humbled, humbled
I wasn't the first one on my knees
Get in line, you won't be far behind me
HumbledFirst thing I want to know is which side of the river you standing on?
Half of you get off on throwing stones
You either get it or you don't
It's not like you'll wake up one morning
Decide that you will just goGet humbled by the fall
Humbled, humbled
I wasn't the first one on my knees
Get in line, you won't be far behind me
HumbledYeah everything I wanted

Was nothing that I needed
Yeah but everything I needed
Was exactly what I got
Go on and struggle if you wanna
You'll only suffer if you fight it
And the longer that you fight it
The further down you're knockedHumbled by the fall
You're humbled, humbled
I wasn't the first one on my knees
Get in line, you won't be far behind me
HumbledI'm humbled by the fall
Humbled, humbled
I wasn't the first one on my knees
Get in line, you won't be far behind me
Humbled

Margaret LeAnn Rimes (born August 28, 1982, in Jackson, Mississippi) is a popular American country and pop music singer. Rimes emerged with her first single, "Blue," when she was just thirteen years old in 1996. She is most recognized for her crossover hit "How Do I Live" which, according to the Billboard charts, is one of the most successful songs in American music history, spending 69 weeks on the charts, more than any other song in American history. While country singer Trisha Yearwood's version of the song won a Grammy in 1998, Rimes' version outsold Yearwood's by millions of copies.
