I Can't Hold Back Lyrics

I don't know the time of the day
Lately, it all starts to look the same
I took a good look at myself
There was no one else to blame
Love is confusing, ha
I hate the thought that I'm losingAnd I can't hold back, 'cause you mean so much to me
I can't hold back, 'cause you give me what I need
I can't hold back, but I don't know where to start
I can't hold back, 'cause I feel it in my heart
I can't hold back, no no no
I said, I can't hold back, no noSomewhere I've lost all my pride
But somewhere it's locked up inside
Everything went to my head
What's been done has been done
What's been said has been said
My heart is showing, yeah now
Don't know if I'm coming or goingAnd I can't hold back, 'cause you mean so much to me
I can't hold back, 'cause you give me what I need

I can't hold back, but I don't know where to start
I can't hold back, now, 'cause I feel it in my heart
I can't hold back, noThrow me a line girl, pull me ashore
'Cause I'm sinking deeper everyday
We've got a love, girl, worth fighting for
Don't let the past get in the way
And I can't hold back
OohAnd I can't hold back, 'cause you mean so much to me
I can't hold back, 'cause you give me what I need
I can't hold back, but I don't know where to start
I can't hold back, no no, I need you in my heartI can't hold back, 'cause you mean so much to me
I can't hold back, no no no, you're everything I need
I can't hold back, 'cause without you, I'll be gone
I can't hold back now, honey, I need you in my heart

Eddie Money (born Edward Joseph Mahoney, March 2, 1949 in New York City, United States) is an American rock singer-songwriter who found success in the 1970s and 1980s with a string of Top 40 hits and platinum albums. Rock impresario Bill Graham said of Money "Eddie Money has it all...Not only can he sing, write and play, but he is a natural performer." After becoming a police officer, like his father, during the late 1960s, Money began to be interested in music, and eventually ended his law enforcement career in favor of becoming a musician.
