I Don't Have to Crawl Lyrics

Written By: Rodney Crowell
You look at me
As if you don't know me
You talk to me
Like you've never met meWell, I could leave you alone if I tried
If I tried I could tell you goodbye
If I wanted to I could be long gone
I don't have to play nobody's fool
And I won't make no exception of you
I Don't Have To Crawl
I can just walk awayYou call on me
As if I should run to you
You make a move as if I should follow you
Well I don't have to get down on my knees
I will not be a peasant to please you
I Don't Have To Crawl
I can just walk away
I Don't Have To Crawl

I Don't Have To Crawl
