I Miss That You Lyrics

Young and Careless,
When nothing really mattered
All there was the games we played
We thought it would last forever
I opened up my eyes today
And only games that slip away
Why am I still that call you make
And all I gives advice you take
So take a look around,
With two feet on the ground,
This is the way I look at you and say
I miss that you
I miss that you
Oh ya
I knew id come home tonight

I’d see that familiar Abe Lincoln light
I must have seen it a thousand times
Should I pick you up or let it die
I bet he doesn’t hold you right
I bet he doesn’t hold you tight
Seems like all you do is fight
And all I am to you is advice
So take a look around,
With two feet on the ground,
This is the way I look at you and say
I miss that you
I miss that you
Mmm ya
I miss you
So take a look around,
With two feet on the ground,
This is the way I look at you and say
I miss that you
I miss that
Im just a little tired
Of being the voice at the end of the wire
This is the way I say
I need you
I need you
So take a look around,
With two feet on the ground,
This is the way I look at you and say
I need you
I need you
