I Say Yes Lyrics

Pull the dro out, break the dro down,
roll it up tight, light it, pass it all around, i do it all day, i gotta stay high, if you say no to drugs, and then i have to say why, at the age of 12 i was introduced to weed, 3 years latta i started dropping hits of LSD, its an hallucinogen, you have to be careful when you take it, if you have an evil mind you might be conversating with satan. and i made it through the freakin pin, mary jane remained my friend, even though when times get hard she'll be with me to the end, dont say no it feels so much better to say yes, here swallow these, be on yo knees, and put yo body to the test.
Chorus(2x)
I say yes to drugs, I say yes to drugs, I say yes to drugs,
we dont just say no we too busy sayin yeah!
we dont just say no we too busy sayin yeah!
When you see me i be fuckin high, I can touch the fuckin sky, some of the shit i be on have me thinkin i can fuckin fly, but im not dumb enough to try, and dont even ask me why, fuck it im gunna go for it and find out if im super guy! Oxycotton, Xanax Bars, ambiens and loratabs, will have you itching, scratchin every body part that you have, make a call to get some more, a day without them is a bore, gotta have something in my system ill take mine and even yours, im lil wyte the most known king of intoxication, got some questionable pills? let me see them before you take em. ACP we glorify the usuage of illegal substances, Somebody gotta represent the regular and i love it!
Chorus(2x)

At the age of eight Lanshaw discovered his rapping talent as he could rap Sir Mix-a-Lot's entire song "Baby Got Back" without missing a word. He started participating in freestyle battles at high school when he was in ninth grade. Lanshaw rapped with his friend "Lil Black", who inspired him to use a pseudonym Lil Wyte and write songs instead of freestyling.

Lanshaw dropped out of high school twice due to truancy. After the third time of dropping out, he went to a different school and eventually earned his high school diploma.

Lil Wyte appeared on Project Pat's song "Crash da Club" from his album Layin' da Smack Down in 2002.

Wyte was a member of an all-white hip hop group, Shelby Forest Click, when he first came to the attention of Three 6 Mafia. Juicy J and DJ Paul signed the rapper after the group's disbanding and worked later with his debut album.

Lil Wyte's debut album Doubt Me Now was released in 2003 and it became an underground hit among fans, selling over 135,000 copies without any promotion. Lil Wyte signed a record deal with Asylum Records and recorded second album Phinally Phamous. It was released in October 2004 and sold nearly 200,000 copies.

His style was described as quick-rapping, "machine gun-like delivery". Lil Wyte described his style: "I've always felt like I was a pretty complex rapper to be from the South - I feel like I put a lot into my music."

After three years of touring, promoting and recording his third studio album The One and Only was released in 2007.

Lil Wyte's fourth album "The Bad Influence" debuted at number 104 on the U.S. Billboard 200

Lil Wyte's single "Fucked Up" appears in Season 1, Episode 4 of Eastbound & Down.
