I See the Light Lyrics

I'd really like to see you now
In your father's combat boots
I'd really like to be with you
'Cause we could be so darkIt was only for the grace of you
That I got this attitude
I'll show you my gratitude
When I make it throughI see the light at the end of the tunnel now
(I see the light)
Someone please tell me it's not a train
(Train, I see the light)
I see the light at the end of the tunnel now
(I see the light)
No time to speak, no time to explainSometimes I imagine you lying in your bed
Sometimes do you imagine too?
Do you sometimes lust
For the grace that others have inside? The simple peace they make with life
They feel love like some summer's night
Well, I know it's youI see the light at the end of the tunnel now

(I see the light)
Someone please tell me it's not a train
(Train, I see the light)
I see the light at the end of the tunnel now
(I see the light)
No time to speak, no time to explain(I see the a light)
I see the light at the end of the tunnel now
(I see the light)
Someone please tell me it's not a train
(Train, I see the light)
I see the light at the end of the tunnel now
(I see the light)
No time to speak, no time to explainI see the light now, I see the light now, I see the light now, now
I see the light now, I see the light now
I see the light now, now, now, now
I see the light now, I see the light now, I see the light nowI see the li-hi-hight, I see the li-hi-hight
I see the light, now, now, I see the light, I see the light, now
I see the light now, I see the light now, I see the lightI see the light now, I see the light , I see the light
I see the light, I see the light, I see the light

Cracker is an American alternative rock band fronted by Camper Van Beethoven singer David Lowery, with guitarist Johnny Hickman. They are best known for their hit songs "Low" and "Teen Angst (What the World Needs Now)". The band's website once noted Cracker as "The only band to ever open for both Grateful Dead and Ramones," a unique distinction which is also indicative of the band's sound and style. Cracker comfortably mixes influences and sounds ranging from classic country music, psychedelia, punk and folk into their brand of "americana" style rock.
