Phil Tarver, born Phillip F. Tarver, is a singer, songwriter, and arranger who ministers through the spoken word of God and expressive worship. He serves as Minister of Music & Fine Arts of Valley Kingdom Ministries International, under the leadership of Apostle H. D. Wilson. Phil has traveled with Apostle Wilson, ministering in conferences throughout the United States and in the nations of Peru, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands, ministering in word and in song.
