I Was Too Scared Lyrics

I wait around and bide the time
Where hesitation numbs the mind
I will be
When there's a million things to say
They rarely will come out in ways
I want them toIt's not supposed to be like this
Where no one talks or seems to care
I want out of
This script full of conformity
Need nothing more than honesty
But I guess
I was too scared to say, the scenery has got to change
Aching, then fail to leave all this behind
I'll stay inside, and close down the blindsThe only growth is staying small
While boundaries rise our ethics fall
Is it too late?
To raise the glass in harmony
It slips away quite gradually

out of our handsIt's not supposed to be like this
Where no one talks or seems to care
I want out of
This script full of conformity
Need nothing more than honesty
But I guess
I was too scared to say, the scenery has got to change
Aching, then fail to leave all this behind
I'll stay inside, and close down the blindsI was too scared to say, the scenery has got to change
Aching, then fail to leave all this behind
Always insideI was too scared to say, the scenery has got to change
I was too scared to say, this feeling has got to change
Why am I scared to leave all this behind?
Always inside
