I'll Have to Let You Go Lyrics

I caught a gentle bird, whose wings were bent and broken
One rainy day I saw it fall to earth - along my way
It needed me,
It hurt so desperatelyBut I began to know..
Though I had loved it so..
I'd have to let it go somedayYou came to me like that
Your heart was disappointed
Somebody else - had made you hurt you inside I heard you say...You could not feel,
You needed time to heal...But I began to know
Though have I loved you so,
I'd have to let you go someday...And now you don't need me anymore
You're strong and assuredAnd I can't help but know
Though I have loved you so
I'll have to let you go
and I can't help but know
Though I have loved you soI'll have to you go
I'll have to let you go, let you go, let you go, let you go
