I'm Going Upside Your Head Lyrics

Yeah, yeah, yeah
Better believe what I said
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Better believe what I said
If you don't straightin' up, baby
Honey, I'm goin' upside your headYeah, you went out last night, baby
And the night before
Tellin' you right now, baby
I ain't gonna take it no more
You better hear me, baby
You better believe what I said
If you don't straightin' up, baby
Honey, I'm goin' upside your headThink you so smart, baby
Mens all call you fine
You better have them to know, baby
You're mine all mineYou better hear me, baby
Now, believe what I said
Hear me, believe me, baby

'Cause I'm goin' upside your headI bought you a Coupe, baby
Cost ninety-nine, ninety-nine
Now ya wanna mistreat me, baby
And stay gone all the time
You better hear me, baby
Better believe what I said
If you don't straightin' up baby
Goin' upside your head

Mathis James "Jimmy" Reed (September 6, 1925 – August 29, 1976) was an American blues singer, guitarist, harmonica player and songwriter, notable for bringing his distinctive style of blues to mainstream audiences. Reed was a major player in the field of electric blues. His lazy, slack-jawed singing, piercing harmonica and hypnotic guitar patterns were one of the blues' most easily identifiable sounds in the 1950s and 1960s, and had a significant impact on many rock and roll artists who followed, such as Elvis Presley, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top) and the Rolling Stones.
