I'm Missin' Your Love Lyrics

I'm thinkin' 'bout you
And that don't ease the pain
But I knew, baby that the moment I started
Thinkin' bout you, babyThat don't make it any easier
I said I wouldn't do it, baby
Thought I could take you being goneThought I'd put my mind to it love
But I just couldn't make it on my own
And I'm breakin' downI'm missin' yo' love, baby
I'm goin' through it, baby
Missin' yo' love, baby
Who am I foolin', babyI'm here without you, girl
And that don't mean a thing
I'm here without you, baby
Everything has changedAnd I've tried to live with it, baby
I have tried to give my love away
What does take to get you
Off my mind you know I tryI said I wouldn't do it baby, yeah
I thought I could take you being gone

I thought I'd put my mind to it love, yeah
But I just couldn't make it on my own
It's a sad sad songI'm missin' yo' love, baby
I'm goin' through it, baby, yeah
For your love baby, yeah
Who am I foolin' when I say
I don't miss you everyday
Yo', love is on my mind babyI'm missin' yo' love each and every day
And I said I wouldn't do it, baby, yeah
Thought I could take you being gone
I thought I'd put my mind to it love, yeahYou know I was wrong dead wrong, baby
I'm missin' yo' love every day I can't eat, baby
I'm missin' yo' love every night I can't sleep, babyFor yo' love
Missin' yo' love baby yeah
It's a sad, sad song
I'm missin' yo' love

Kem Owens, professionally known as Kem, is an American R&B/soul singer, songwriter, and producer. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee and raised in Detroit, Michigan.

After finishing high school, Kem dealt with homelessness, addiction, and isolation from his family. He did not overcome these issues until he turned to spirituality and music, as he has said, "My career didn't take off until I connected with my spirituality. That's why I take time on stage and on the album to administer spirituality to people. That's one of the things that I am most proud of." He has also stated that he does not create music marketed to the mainstream hip-hop-dominated R&B crowd but to people who enjoy his soul/jazz adult contemporary sound and lyrical content. He wrote, produced, and financed his self-released debut album, Kemistry, by singing in a wedding band and waiting tables. He was later signed by Motown Records, who re-released the album on February 25, 2003. The album's first single, "Love Calls", became a hit at urban adult contemporary and smooth jazz radio. He followed his debut release with a sophomore album, Album II, released May 17, 2005. It included the hit single "I Can't Stop Loving You", a #1 at urban adult contemporary radio, and the song "You Might Win" featuring Stevie Wonder on harmonica.
