Immortal Lyrics

If I poured my heart out, would you leave it on the floor,
Or would you pick it up and place it in your chest for me?
(Intro)
Everyone wants to live forever, or atleast to be remembered forever. We mere mortals are vain enough to want everyone to know our name, to hear our song, to be immortal.
(Verse 1)
I need, a penny for your thoughts and a nickel for your kiss,
Would you fight for me?
You already know what I'm about,
(But you're finna' get it right from me?),
You spray me, like a disease sneeze me,
(Alright again, freeze me, again and make it easy?),
Would yah? Could yah? Keep me as a keepsake,
Hand me down, my sound, as freeloaders and cheap-skapes,
I think very different,
Just heed me, Kali Baby, baby,
(??) and repeat me,
Keep singing my name,
And spread me in the streets,

Then graffiti me, reheat me,
Then serve me up as if I was a leftover,
Stepped over me, repeatedly,
Tech blown up now you seeing me,
Pass me on like it's your turn,
When you get me in the rotation,
Then I wanna blow up today,
Cus I know I blow up the world today,
Remember what we facin',
Everyone should say the same shit, ape shit, lucky we take it,
Download it, hold it, you love Strange Music never replace it,
(Chorus)
If I poured my heart out would you leave it on the floor,
Or would you pick it up and place it in your chest for me? (So I can be immortal)
When you play my song, would you just pass it on,
And to you too love me when I'm gone? (So I can be immortal)
(Verse 2)
We taking over, we taking off, like a helicopter,
We gettin' hella props from a billboard placement,
Hollywood niggas don't know what to do with us,
And turned this shit to ruin us and my life's wasted,
If you see the path, the dawn, then pass me along, I (??),
Just over seas and I'm leaving (now how could you sleep on 'em?),
He's destined to get you in the best thing since (??),
Except that's a sin,
Well all the breathe in his chest has ended,
Then you know the best ascended, the pended,
Oh nobody playin' with nobody,
Hes nobody? Yea well alrighty,
Imma solo shows, I'm throwin' Bolos,
And cholo holds, letting 'em know how this mo'fo goes,
See I'm an entity, playing on my imagery, my emphasis,
And I'm coming to get that, coming to get what's good for me,
Coming to shake your hand, and take your fans,
Doing it with no advance, and still make grandes,
If I'm a mainsteam and servin' out of peoples arenas,
And I was sellin' out, he'd find something to yell about,
Crazy's that way, I'm thinking I might just go,
I seem to be having an identity crisis,
(Chorus)
If I poured my heart out would you leave it on the floor,
Or would you pick it up and place it in your chest for me? (So I can be immortal)
When you play my song, would you just pass it on,
And to you too love me when I'm gone? (So I can be immortal)
(Outro)
Immortal, I made it,
And everyone can stay in my stories.
Kali, baby.

Samuel W.C. Watson better known by his stage name Krizz Kaliko, is an American rapper and singer from Kansas City, Missouri. He is a long time collaborator with fellow hometown native, Tech N9ne, even being signed to the label that Tech co-owns, Strange Music.

Krizz Kaliko began his musical career in the late 1990s when he began working with a local producer by the name of IcyRoc Kraven. Another local rapper by the name of Tech N9ne was also collaborating with IcyRoc at the time, which led to the two rappers meeting. Tech N9ne was currently working on a song titled "Who You Came To See" and Krizz made a comment that the song could have a better hook. Tech offered up the opportunity to prove his case, and Tech was blown away when Kaliko proved just that. Tech would bring Kaliko into his "inner circle" which would eventually result in Kaliko signing to the label co-owned by his new found friend.

Since then, Kaliko has often contributed to albums put out by Tech N9ne, be it being featured as a rapper or simply providing background vocals for the tracks on the album. Although the largest portion of his work is that of his collaborations with Tech, he has also performed similar tasks for fellow labelmates Kutt Calhoun, Skatterman & Snug Brim, and Prozak. Other collaborations include tracks with the Kottonmouth Kings, Potluck, E-40, and Twiztid.

His debut album, Vitiligo released in May 6, 2008, charted on several Billboard charts including peaking at number 19 on the Top Independent Albums in the week of May 28, 2008. In the same week, he peaked at number 167 on the Billboard 200.

His second studio album, Genius, was released on July 14, 2009.

Krizz has chosen the title Shock Treatment for his third studio album. Other titles he considered were "Son of Sam" and "Walk on Water."

Krizz Kaliko is married and has a son, both are mentioned in his music.

He also suffers from the disease, Vitiligo, a skin disorder characterized by smooth, white patches on various parts of the body caused by the loss of natural pigment. Several of these patches are clearly visible on his face. He would later use the name of the disease he suffers from as the title for his debut album. Krizz has also been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. On his second album, he titled one of the tracks after the disorder.
