It's Time Lyrics

Here at home, the thoughts are
Racing through my crazy mind
And trying to figure out
If I'm loving you this one more time
And when I got the mail
It made me close the door
Just right behind
On a trail of clothes
Left lying here
Thrown across the floor now
Maybe it's the way this love was meant to be
And maybe it's the only way for you and me
It's time, to say goodbye
It's time, yeah, oh please don't cry girl
It's time, two reasons why
It's time, I will never lie to you
You cast your spell
But the magic has been broken down

And I'm all packed up
With empty boxes lying all around
It's like a flickering flame
That casts a shadow on the brightest day
And does it help to know
That I feel the same
And it's gone now
Maybe it's the way this love was meant to be
And maybe it's the only way for you and me
It's time, to say goodbye
It's time, yeah, oh please don't cry girl
It's time, two reasons why
It's time, I will never lie
It's time, to say goodbye
It's time, yeah, oh please don't cry girl
It's time, two reasons why
It's time, I will never lie to you

There are at least two acts under the name Boyzone:

1) Boyzone are an Irish boy band that had popular mainstream success during the 1990s. The group were most successful in Ireland, the UK, Australia and New Zealand; they also had differing levels of success in parts of Europe. The group have released six #1 UK hit singles and four #1 albums, with sales approaching 30 million records as of 2008. They made a comeback in 2007, originally with the intention of just touring but Ronan Keating confirmed in an interview that they wanted to "outdo Take That" in terms of a successful reunion.

Boyzone were put together in 1993 by Louis Walsh who is also known for managing Johnny Logan and Westlife . Before even recording any material they made a now infamous appearance on RTÉ's The Late Late Show. Their first album Said and Done was released in 1995 and the following two studio albums in 1996 and 1998. Seven compilation albums have been released, the latest being B-Sides & Rarities in October 2008. Singer Stephen Gately died on 10 October 2009 at the age of 33.

Despite rumours of them cancelling the new album Keating, denied these allegations and revealed that Boyzone would release a new album as a tribute to Gately in 2010 which included two new songs that were sung by Stephen Gately before his death.

A song was written by singer-songwriter Mika who has also claimed that the new song he wrote for Boyzone is the last one which will feature Stephen Gately's vocals, released on their fourth studio album on 8 March 2010.

The track written by Mika became the lead single from the new album, titled "Gave It All Away". Boyzone loved this track and wished to release this song as their comeback single. The song received its first airplay on 17 January 2010. Mikey Graham stated that Gave It All Away will be released on 1 March 2010 and the album will be released a week afterwards.

From 10 January 2010 to 7 March 2010 Mikey was a contestant on the fifth series of Dancing on Ice. He was Eliminated in the 9th week of the competition after being in the "Skate-Off" with EastEnders actress Danniella Westbrook, he lost with 2 votes to Westbrook's 3.

Their fourth studio album Brother was released on 8 March 2010 and become their fourth studio number one album so far.

Though it has been indicated Boyzone may quit touring due to Gately's death, Keating recently stated at a solo concert in New Zealand that Boyzone may tour there by the end of 2010.

2) Carrboro, NC-based experimental noise band. Members: Ryan Martin, Jeff Rehnlund, Rachal Spikula, Galen Williams, Roxann Spikula, Charlie St. Clair, Lauren Ford.
