It's You Lyrics

You're a killer in the headlights
A lover in the morning
You're looking for a free ride
Heading for a fallAnd it's you
Yes it's you
That I'm turning intoYou're a stranger in the moon's gaze
A hermit with a curfew
Looking for a new way
To blame it on the world
And it's you
Yes it's you
That I'm turning intoWhen you cried
Your selfish tears
The fruits of your labour
Were Laid bare
There was nothing to say
So I left you thereYou're a stranger in the doorway
Familiar with your new friends

Waiting on the day
When a lie becomes a truth
And it's you
Yes it's you
And it's you
Yes it's you
That I'm turning into
