Iyáñlá - Orquesta SCC

Orquesta SCC, is a Salsa orchestra based in New York City.[1] The band is formed by former La Excelencia core members; founder, conguero & composer Jose Vazquez-Cofresi, lead vocalist & composer Edwin Perez, arranger & bassist Jorge Bringas, percussionist Charles Dilone, trombonist Ronald Prokopez, and a new addition is master tres guitarist Yuniel Jimenez. The initials SCC in the name Orquesta SCC stand for Salsa Con Conciencia which pay homage to the conscience lyrics the band has become known for around the world.[2]
