Jealousys Lyrics

You're living your life on earth
You're just a part of the universe, my brother
Listen - since I'm walking around with you
We might as well try to get to know each otherBecause jealousies
Keep man constantly
Too defensively
Toward one anotherRussia and China, too
And the U.S. don't know what they're gonna do about each other
There's a chance of a third world war
And it scares me 'cause I've seen films of HiroshimaI'll be looking at a world where no one's first
Where angry arms can open and embrace, yeah
Where men can live together, loving one another
Isn't that the same for you and me, brother?Jealousies
Keep us constantly
Too defensively
Toward one anotherLife on earth
Take it for what it's worth
Save the universe

Love one anotherYou're living your life on earth
You're just a part of the universe, my brother
Since I'm walking around with you
We might as well try to get to know each other
Because you know and I knowJealousies
Keep us constantly
Too defensively
Toward one anotherLife on earth
Take it for what it's worth
Save the universe
Love one anotherJealousies, jealousies, jealousies
Jealousies, jealousies, jealousies
Jealousies, jealousies, jealousies
Jealousies, jealousies, jealousies

Eddie Money (born Edward Joseph Mahoney, March 2, 1949 in New York City, United States) is an American rock singer-songwriter who found success in the 1970s and 1980s with a string of Top 40 hits and platinum albums. Rock impresario Bill Graham said of Money "Eddie Money has it all...Not only can he sing, write and play, but he is a natural performer." After becoming a police officer, like his father, during the late 1960s, Money began to be interested in music, and eventually ended his law enforcement career in favor of becoming a musician.
