Jezebel Lyrics

Oh friend I can't believe that
Oh yes I've been defeated
Just like a thief in the night
She came and stole my heartHad me so caught up now
Yeah I thought it was love now
So I gave her all that she needed
And everything that she wantedAnd allowed my feelings to run free
Yeah I never thought for a moment
She would do this to meBut this is my reality
Yeah I'm in love with a woman who's not just loving meOh jezebel, girl I love the way you walk
I'm addicted to your smell
Why did you have to break my heartOh jezebel fact is I love you so
But I have to let you go
For all the lies you've toldOh damn
I can't believe this ain't working
I tell my friends I'm not but I'm hurting
All these feelings inside me is tearing me apart
I've never been so uncertain

Damn I can't believe she was joking me
And how she played with my mind
And then she just broke my heartStill it's so hard to let her go
'Cause I detect her fragrance in the air every single place I go
And it brings back all my fantasies
Yes I'm in love with a woman who's not just loving meOh Jezebel, girl I love the way you walk
I'm addicted to your smell
Why did you have to break my heartOh jezebel fact is I love you so
But I have to let you go
For all the lies you've toldOne night I'm cruising down the street
When I saw her with a man that damn sure wasn't me
In the what a painful sight to see
Yes I thought to myself how could she do this to meSo furious I've been played with
Oh I can't believe this thing
It's killing me I can't say shit
Gotta move on to the next chick
