Just For Old Time's Sake Lyrics

Oh darling, just for old time's sake
Turn back the hands of time
Pretend that you're still mine
Just for old time's sakeAlthough I know you said goodbye to me
I can't help thinking how it used to be
I guess I'll always be in love with you
I can't forget the things we used to doOh darling, just for old time's sake
Turn back the hands of time
Pretend that you're still mine
Just for old time's sakeWell I know that if once more we share a kiss
You'll realize that it's a thrill you miss
That old time feeling deep within your heart
Would make you give our love a brand new startOh darling, just for old time's sake
Turn back the hands of time
Pretend that you're still mine
Just for old time's sakeJust for old time's sake
Just for old time's sake

The McGuire Sisters were an American singing trio, the group consisted of Christine (born July 30, 1926), Dorothy (born February 13, 1928), and Phyllis McGuire (born February 14, 1931). They were born and raised in Ohio. From an early age they sang in choirs, weddings, funerals, church revivals, at military bases and veterans' hospitals. In 1952, they appeared on Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts, and as a result, Godfrey hired them for his other shows, where they remained for seven years. They became one of the most popular US vocal groups from the mid-fifties to sixties.
