Keep Me Company Lyrics

Over the hill and far away
Down the valley and past the lake
Through the trees, beneath the shade
In this place, that's where I'll waitFor you
To keep me company
Like an old memoryAn hour or two has just flown by
Took the sun out of the sky
Stained glass shadow, it will have been cast
Ghostly gaze forgets my pastBut you
Could keep me company
Like an old memoryOh no, here it comes again
Oh no, here it comes again
Can't stop the painI'm so far, I can't get home
Is no one there, am I alone?
Here and now I must confess
This is potential loneliness
