Killer Without a Cause Lyrics

He made a big impression
When he walked across the room
And I must make my confession
I might have spoked too soonHe's a killer
Without a cause
The time is right
To settle scoresOn the streets he lives again
Down the alley and round the bend
On the beat beneath the light
An angel comes to claim the lightFrom the streets
This rebel shall rise
And his soul shall soar
Through the skiesThe same old confrontation
At the bar in the saloon
But it's just another tricky situation
The underworld operation lies in ruinsHe's a killer
Without a cause
The time is right

To settle scoresOn the streets he lives again
Down the alley and round the bend
On the beat beneath the light
An angel comes to claim the lightFrom the streets
Of this rebel shall rise
And his soul shall soar
Through the skies

Thin Lizzy are an Irish hard rock band who formed in Dublin, Ireland in 1969. The band were led throughout their recording career by bassist, songwriter and singer Phil Lynott, and are best known for their songs Whiskey in the Jar, Jailbreak and The Boys Are Back in Town, all major international hits still played regularly on hard rock and classic rock radio stations. After Lynott died, various incarnations of the band have emerged over the years culminating in a more stable line-up based around guitarists Scott Gorham and John Sykes. Sykes left the band in June 2009.
