Late Night Partner Lyrics

Be my late night partner
Oh, pull me from the crowd
With all of your old records
We'll drink 'til we pass outWhere are the moments that I feel so alive?
I've lost everyone I need
But music slays my heart and soul
Every hour, day and weekI'm on the edge of somethin beautiful
I'm on the edge of somethin beautifulSing with me 'til the end of time
I love the way you read my mind
Laughter makes you live so much longer
Don't know if the pain makes you strongerGive me somethin that burns inside
To make me shiver, to shut my eyes
Late night partner, don't bother sleepin
Tell me all the secrets you're keepinI'm yearnin for the good times
So why don't you get up?
Do you feel like a teenage runaway
Whose eyes are never shut?Where are the moments that I feel so alive?
I've lost everyone I need

But music keeps on savin me
Every hour, day and weekI'm on the edge of somethin beautiful
I'm on the edge of somethin beautifulSing with me 'til the end of time
I love the way you read my mind
Laughter makes you feel so much longer
Don't know if this pain makes you strongerGive me somethin that burns inside
To make me shiver, to shut my eyes
Late night partner, don't bother sleepin
Tell you all the secrets I'm keepinLate night partner, late night partner
Late night partner, late night partner
