Woelv is a Girl. Woelv is Geneviève Castrée, a Canadian comics artist, illustrator, and musician from Quebec. She was born in 1981 in Loretteville, Quebec and now lives in the Pacific Northwestern United States. Geneviève Castrée now makes records and plays concerts under the name Ô Paon.
