Least You're Breathing Lyrics

Everyone laughed when you collapsed.
In my arms I’ll take a pass,
But I’ll ask you how sad you are.
Show you I’m listening.
Everything is out of order,
You tried to be and now you’re just joining in misery.
Order a drink for me.
Chorus
And it’s hard to be what you want to be.
When you feel it’s over.
Feel it’s over.
And over again it goes round in your head.
Nothing’s changing.
All you’re biggest dreams just got swept to sea,
When your boat tipped over.
Boat tipped over.
You were over your head, so you swam home instead.

Least you’re breathing.
Least you’re breathing.
Bartenders are movie stars,
And waitresses are cold loan sharks
Headed out for you.
Like they got nothing else to do.
I say I don’t know what to say,
But it wouldn’t matter anyway.
I’m just another face,
That will just fade to grey.
Chorus (x2)
And it’s hard to be what you want to be.
When you feel it’s over.
Feel it’s over.
And over again it goes round in your head.
Nothing’s changing.
All you’re biggest dreams just got swept to sea
When your boat tipped over.
Boat tipped over.
You were over your head, so you swam home instead.
Least you’re breathing.
Least you’re breathing.
