Leave One Bridge Standing Lyrics

Boy I can't believe you'd walk out on me
When I thought our love was so strong
Honey I'll set you free if that's what you need
Even though I know it's wrongSo go on and go your way say what you got to say
You're determined on turning away
When those nights get cold and your new life grows old
And you get a heart full of being alone
You better leave one bridge standing
So you'll have a way back homeIt's the same old scene where the grass looks green
Growing high on the other side
There's a lot of fools out there lovers who just don't care
They're gonna take you for a rideSo go on and go your way say what you got to say
You're determined on turning away
When those nights get cold and your new life grows old
And you get a heart full of being alone
You better leave one bridge standing
So you'll have a way back homeSo go on and go your way say what you got to say
You're determined on turning away

When those nights get cold and your new life grows old
And you get a heart full of being alone
You better leave one bridge standing
So you'll have a way back homeYou can leave one bridge standing
So you'll have a way back home
