Let Me Go Lyrics

Home, home is like an open road
You will always find
Whatever you were looking for
And grace always in a hollow place
I will never change and I will always stay my way
But people scattered, loves the matter
I won't let it show
Let me go, let me go away again
Let me change my direction
I won't take that rejection again
Let me go, let me go
I'll find my own way
I never thought I'd change my ways
It was an angry thought
That made me turn the other way
And I want to be like that again
Where I know there's hope
Hope will always find a friend

People scatter, loves the matter
I won't let it show
Let me go, let me go away again
Let me change my direction
I won't take that rejection
Let me go, let me go
I'll find my own way home
Let me go, let me go away again
Let me change my direction
I won't take your rejection
Let me go, let me go
I'll find my own way home
Should stay in mind when you can't change
Love is blind, isn't it strange?
There's another way to change
Yeah all mine would be so strange
And erase the time that you could pass
Never hard enough that you can sway
Let me go
Should stay in mind
Let me go
Let me go
It's a single world but you know the change
[Incomprehensible]And you would know the time can't change ohh
Let me go
Let me go
Let me go
Let me change my direction
Let me go
Lift my grave, [Incomprehensible], infection

1. Tonic is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1993 that has earned two Grammy nominations to date. Originally founded by Emerson Hart and Jeff Russo, later members have included Dan Lavery, Kevin Shepard, and Dan Rothchild. Signed to a recording contract in 1995, the band released their debut album Lemon Parade in 1996. Tonic spent much of the next two years touring, adding to its reputation as a relentlessly gigging band. In addition to extensive touring Tonic produced other work, including songs for feature film soundtracks like Scream 2 and The X-Files. After self-producing their 1999 album Sugar, they earned two Grammy nominations for their 2002 album Head on Straight. The band then went on hiatus beginning in 2004 while its members pursued solo work and other musical endeavors. Tonic became active again in late 2008, embarking on a tour and releasing a greatest hits compilation. These efforts set the stage for their self-titled fourth studio album, which was released in 2010. Tonic continues to actively tour.
