Let's Get Back Down To Earth Lyrics

Well this ol' world is a gettin' worse and worse every day
People livin' up above their heads and makin' bills that they can't pay
They're jealous of their neighbors and it's been like that since birth
So come on down and get your feet on the ground let's get back down to earth
Let's get back down to earth and live with the common people
Then we won't be meserable when we get old and feeble
Let's all be honest with ourselves we all know what we're worth
So come on down and get your feet on the ground let's get back down to earth
[ dobro ]
When we all come to this ol' world we didn't bring a thing
And when we all leave this ol' world we're gonna take the same
You'll be no better than I am when the man says dirt to dirt
So come on down and get your feet on the ground let's get back down to earth
Let's get back down to earth...
Come on down and get your feet on the ground let's get back down to earth
