Life Down Here Lyrics

Big blue ball floatin' in space
Let's get a little better look at this place
Move a little closer, water and land
Zoom on in, you're gonna see a manThere's gonna be a girl, there's gonna be a truck
There's gonna be a road where they get stuck
Bring it on in, you can see 'em smile
There in the glow of the radio dialSame story happenin' everywhere
From Tulsa, Oklahoma to the Russian Red SquareIt's the life down here
It's the moment, it's the truth
It's the jumpin' into love's wild frontier
It's the thrill of the ride
It's the other side of life down hereTelescope on, pan to the east
Take a little look right around Greece
Boy and a girl, see what they're doin'
Steamin' up the windows down by the ruinsLookin' at the stars, lookin' at the moon
Lookin' back down on me and you
So many more just like us
Findin' that one and fallin' in loveIt's everywhere in every heart

It's universal and the very best partOf a life down here
It's the moment, it's the truth
It's the jumpin' into love's wild frontier
It's the thrill of the ride
It's the other side of life down hereIt's the life down here
It's the moment, it's the truth
It's the jumpin' into love's wild frontier
It's the thrill of the ride
It's the other side of lifeIt's the thrill of the ride
It's the other side of life down here
Yeah, down here
Livin' this life down here
Yeah, down here
