Lifeline Lyrics

Got my heart on an island
Far away, out of reach
Didn't believe in relying
On anyone else but meTill the day that I saw you
In my harbor of love beckoning
It made me wanna go out and swim out
Place my fear of the storm at seaBaby, throw out your lifeline
I'm sinking, baby, rescue me
I'm beggin' you, throw out your lifeline
Shipwrecked with emotion
When you rock the ocean in meI met you when it was sunny
What about when it rained
It's not all milk and honey
I'm used to feeling the painMy mind says run for shelter
My heart has too much to gain
By trusting your loving
Knowing how the weather can changeBaby, throw out your lifeline
I'm sinking, baby, rescue me

I'm beggin' you, throw out your lifeline
Shipwrecked with emotion
When you rock the oceanThrow your lifeline out
And I'll hang on
Be the chain of love
That keeps us growing strongBaby, throw out your lifeline
I'm sinking, baby, rescue me
I'm beggin' you, throw out your lifelineBaby, throw out your lifeline
I'm sinking, baby, rescue me
I'm beggin' you, throw out your lifeline
Shipwrecked with emotion
When you rock the ocean
Baby, throw out your lifelineThrow out your lifeline
I'm telling you now give it to me, baby
Shipwrecked with emotion
When you rock the ocean
Baby, throw out your lifelineI'm sinking, baby, rescue me
I'm beggin' you, throw out your lifeline
Shipwrecked with emotion
When you rock the ocean
Baby, throw out your lifelineI'm sinking, baby, rescue me
I'm beggin' you, throw out your lifeline
Shipwrecked with emotion
When you rock the ocean
Throw out your lifelineI'm sinking, baby, rescue me
I'm beggin' you, throw out your lifeline
Shipwrecked with emotion
When you rock the ocean
