Limits of Our Love Lyrics

I can't cry, I can't understand
Can't give in or give up my plan?
And we were swimming in the water with no handsAnd I will never quit the fight, I'll push the limits of our love
And every passing day and night, I'll push the limits of our love
And everything will be all right, I'll push the limits of our love
To see how far it goes, goes where nobody knowsYou're the light on the darkest me
Don't back out 'cause you cannot see
And though our instincts say that we should turn and runAnd I will never quit the fight, I'll push the limits of our love
And every passing day and night, I'll push the limits of our love
And everything will be all right, I'll push the limits of our love
To see how far it goes, goes where nobody knowsAnd when the world is crashing down
I will throw it on my back for you
When you're paralyzed and bound
I'll be waging war, my love, my love, my loveAnd I will never quit the fight, I'll push the limits of our love
And every passing day and night, I'll push the limits of our love
And everything will be all right, I'll push the limits of our love
To see how far it goes, goes where nobody knows
Goes where nobody knows, goes where nobody knows

singer-songwriter Charlotte Martin got her start singing opera while attending Eastern Illinois University in the late '90s. Her father was a respected professor in the music department, and naturally Martin followed his footsteps. She'd been playing piano since she was a little girl and her childhood was surrounded by music. While attending school, Martin experienced "real life," from living with her goth roommate and dealing with typical college-like drama to the tragic suicides of two close friends.
