Lines on the Road Lyrics

Sometimes all we have are lines on the road to guide us.
Sometimes all we have are the stars in the sky to shine their light.
You said you’re leaving us, well are you leaving us.
You said you’re leaving
Well I’ll be grieving.
Well no one really knows where this road is going to lead us.
No one really knows if theres someone at the gates to let us in.
We’re all alone in this. Are we alone in this?
Join up on the road of it.
We’re not alone in this.
When you finally go all your suffering will be over.
When you finally go you’ll leave so much here behind to shine.
We’ll sing you songs of love, we’ll shed our tears on dust.
We’ll sing you songs of love, your flesh will turn to dust.
Sometimes all we have are lines on the road to guide us.
Sometimes all we have are the stars in the sky to shine their light.
Sometimes all we have are lines on the road to guide us.
Sometimes all we have are the stars in the sky to shine their light.

Sometimes all we have are lines on the road to guide us.
Sometimes all we have are the stars in the sky to shine their light.
Sometimes all we have are lines on the road to guide us.
Sometimes all we have are the stars in the sky.
