Look in the Water Lyrics

Look in the water
Girl just look at
You oughta know by now
Baby oh girl
What's wrong, sugar?
Can't you see, can't you see that I'm dependant of what we've been through
Please don't cry, don't you know
I walked deepest waters forever for you
Girl understand I'm one man
That you would not lose
Don't give up just because
Because we never your confuse
Baby just look atLook in the water (ooh)
And see through yourself (see for yourself)
Look in the water and see (as my love pours)
Look in the water
And see for yourself (I'm here for you)
Look in the water and see

(Girl I am yours)
I'm yours
I'm yours
(Baby you know)
I'm yours
I'm yoursYeah, Chauncey, help me sing
Oh you make me so,so,so,so happy
Cause when I'm with you, it's like valentine' day
Please don't cry, please don't, sugar
Tell me why. would. I. through. something like this so good, away
Girl understand I'm one man
That you would not lose
Don't give up just because
Because we never you're confused(Baby just look at )
Look in the water
And see through yourself (see for yourself)
Look in the water and see (as my love pours)
Look in the water
And see for yourself (I'm here for you)
Look in the water and see
Girl I am yours
Girl I am yours
I'm yours
I'm yours
Girl I am yours
I'm yours
I'm yoursBaby,Can you hear what I'm saying?Baby just look in the water
And I'm sure that you'll able to see
That is all about you and me
And the love that we last forever(I just want you to see for yourself)
Look in the water
And see through yourself (As my love pours)
Look in the water and see (Girl I'm here for you baby)
Look in the water
And see for yourself (and I'm never let you go, Oh no )
Look in the water and see
(Girl you oughta know I'm yours)
I'm yours
I'm yours (you oughta know, I'm yours)
I'm yours (Girl oh I don't want nobody else but you baby)
I'm yours (yeah)

Blackstreet was an American R&B group founded in 1994 by Teddy Riley, a New Jack Swing pioneer known for his work as a member of Guy. The band members were: Teddy Riley, Chauncey Hannibal, Eric Williams, and Terrell Philips (and formerly Joe Stonestreet, Levi Little, David Hollister, and Mark Middleton). Their debut album, Blackstreet, was a moderate success due to the singles "Booti Call" and "Before I Let You Go", both Top 40 hits ("Before" hit the Top 10). The follow-up, 1996's Another Level was a breakthrough success due to the top single "No Diggity" (with Dr. Dre), which was a #1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 in November 1996, and won the 1998 Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals, along with the Top 40 hit "Don't Leave Me". Another Level eventually went four times platinum in the United States and peaked at #3 on the Billboard chart. "No Diggity" is ranked at #91 on Rolling Stone and MTV: 100 Greatest Pop Songs, while Blackstreet comes in at #214 of the Top 500 Pop Artists of the Past 25 Years.

Blackstreet has also collaborated with Jay-Z on his single "The City is Mine". With the help of the Janet Jackson single "Girlfriend", Blackstreet finally had a top ten album with Finally. But personnel shifts wracked the group and contributed to the relative failure of Finally in 1999, and Blackstreet soon broke up. After rumors of legal action and a preemptive countersuit, the group re-banded and released Level II in 2003.

In 2006 They are part of New Jack Reunion Tour Line up.
