Lookin' At You Lyrics

Advisory - the following lyrics contain explicit language:
I was 16, drivin' my old man's car
The light was red but I ran right through
And I killed a mailbox and some flowers in a yard
'Cause I was lookin' at youI was sittin' in the stands it was the bottom of the ninth
The score was tied 2 to 2
When a foul ball hit me right between the eyes
'Cause I was lookin' at youWell, some people like starin' at the sunset
And some prefer a tropical view
And some like gazin' at the stars and the moon
But I like lookin' at youYeah, some things in this world might have passed me by

And I might have missed a chance or two
But you won't find any regret in my eyes
'Cause I'm still lookin' at youWell, some people like starin' at the sunset
And some prefer a tropical view
And some like gazin' at the stars and the moon
But I like lookin' at youBaby, in my heart I know
There's nothin' as beautiful as youYeah, some people like starin' at the sunset
And some prefer a tropical view
And some like gazin' at the stars and the moon
But I like lookin' at youYeah, some people like starin' at the sunset
And some prefer a tropical view
And some like gazin' at the stars and the moon
But I like lookin' at you

Jason Michael Carroll has walked the walk. Growing up the son of a preacher, his father helped many families through rough times, and Jason bore witness to real-life tragedies that will take the kid right out of a child. Add to that his dulcet voice and a true romance over which bodice-ripper novel writers would salivate, and you've got yourself the makings of a fine country singer/songwriter. In late 2006 Carroll signed with Arista Nashville and released his first single "Alyssa Lies". His debut album was released February 6, 2007.
